Testimonials

Dr Peadar O Fionnain, Assistant Programme Director, South West GP Training Scheme:

Bryan is an extraordinary person, who has a sense of vocation for healing. Having seen him during his GP training, and in his workshops, I have marveled at his ability to deeply listen, his capacity for empathy, and his principled, therapeutic honesty.

P.G. - January 2017 - post 6 months of contact with her and her husband OG:

We met Bryan during very turbulent times in our lives and feel very lucky for the support he continues to gives us.

He is such a warm, non judgmental person, radiating with appreciation and care, always totally present, engaged and honest. It struck me how observant he is, with great listening and communication skills and the ability not to tune into one’s version of a story at a time and putting an emphasis on presence and awareness of thoughts.

His approach is human, real and gracious... with thought provoking, inspiring and rewarding sessions. His peaceful and calm style is freeing and it is hard not to feel at least a glimpse of peacefulness and calmness looking back at the sessions, even in pretty painful situations. What a grounding experience.

We really appreciate his relaxed presence and possibility to meet up in places which we find relaxing, be it a cafe, Skype session or a walk in the open air. Bryan has a great ability to cut into conversations where necessary, encouraging self reflection and gently challenging preconceptions or unhealthy patterns. He works very flexibly, suggesting new tools to work with, depending on need and situation. Bryan is superbly efficient and such a reliable communicator. It's amazing how much difference a few sentences in an email or a kind, reflective audio note can make.

His website is also full of useful links and inspiring resources, which I found very empowering, being able to explore in my own time and share with others in need.

Bryan has been a great support to have in times of crisis; he helped me to empower my sense of self and guided me toward kinder ways of experiencing life and seeing world around me.

His compassion made a difference to the both of us, making us feel heard and understood without any underlying agenda. Dare I say, this is the first time none of us feel alone, “in it”, able to have constructive meetings.

We feel privileged to have met Bryan and want to share our deep gratitude for his support and inspiration so far, given to our ” little”, big family.
