Welcome to my website. My name is Bryan McElroy and I offer a unique, tailored approach to help groups or individuals live, work and be in a state of optimal well being and from that place sustain high performance, achieve their goals and enjoy fulfilling relationships.

As a GP, Mental health researcher and educator, and Hearing Voices group facilitator I approach psychiatric diagnoses, emotional and psychological disturbances and crises from a unique and holistic perspective.

Having deep insight and training in a psycho- spiritual understanding known as ‘the 3 Principles’ I facilitate people of all ages, backgrounds and description to see how our inner world works to create  a unique felt experience of life from moment to moment. This can be deeply healing, practical and empowering.

Please browse this website for a deeper understanding of some of the work I do. There are many resources to avail of. If you have any questions or require further information, please reach out to me.

Pathways to Well-Being

You already have all the inner wisdom you need to guide
you through life. There is an intelligence behind life that we
all have access to in each and every moment. The thoughts
we tune into, ignore or question, is primary in creating our
emotional experiences in life, which in turn influence every
aspect of our day-to-day lives.

Dr Peadar O'Fionnain, Assistant Programme Director, South West GP Training Scheme:

Bryan is an extraordinary person, who has a sense of vocation for healing. Having seen him during his GP training, and in his workshops, I have marvelled at his ability to deeply listen, his capacity for empathy, and his principled, therapeutic honesty.

Testimonials:

We met Bryan during very turbulent times in our lives and feel very lucky for the support he continues to gives us.

He is such a warm, non judgmental person, radiating with appreciation and care, always totally present, engaged and honest. It struck me how observant he is with great listening and communication skills and ability not to tune into one’s version of a story at a time, putting emphasis on presence and awareness of thoughts.
